Domaine des Fine Caillottes is comprised of 29 hectares (72 acres) of vines, planted with the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc (locally called "Blanc Fumé") from which we produce our Pouilly Fumé, and 0.20 hectare planted with the grape Chasselas for the production of Pouilly-sur-Loire.

30 plots constitute the estate, located in the 5 different villages including Pouilly sur Loire ( Pouilly, Tracy-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain, Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye and Garchy). The terroirs are varied: limestone-clay predominate, kimmerridgian marl, siliceous-clay marl, and flint.

The average age of the vines is approximately 20 years old. The oldest are more than 40 years old.
