Sancerre Blanc - La Merisière
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon blanc grape variety is used.
Terroirs:
Our Sancerre blanc are produced on clay-limestone soils, sometimes with pebbles, and flint.
Winemaking:
In stainless steel tanks, fermentation takes place slowly thanks to temperature regulation. Then this wine is ageing on fine lees for several months and finally bottling in spring.

Sancerre Rosé - La Merisière
Grape variety: 100% Pinot noir grape variety is used.
Terroirs:
Our Sancerre rosé are produced on clay-limestone soils, sometimes with pebbles.
Winemaking:
Vinified by direct pressing (as in white vinification), possibly supplemented by bleeding a vat of red at the start of fermentation.
Bottling in spring.
Tasting:
Sancerre rosé 2022:
The color is a beautiful salmon pink. Very fruity, the bouquet is dominated by aromas of small red fruits - redcurrant, wild strawberry. In the mouth, nice attack on the freshness, we find the fruity notes in a full mouth until the finish.

It will be the ideal companion for your starters, mixed salads, cold meats, grilled fish or meats prepared on the barbecue…

Sancerre Rouge - La Merisière
Cépage : Pinot-noir
Terroirs :
Nos Sancerre rouges sont produits sur des terroirs d’argilo-calcaires parfois à caillottes.
Vinification :
Cuvaison de environ 10 jours.
Fin de la fermentation alcoolique puis fermentation malolactique en cuves.
Elevage sur lies de malolactique pendant plusieurs mois.
Mise en bouteilles après 1 an d’élevage.
Dégustation :
Sancerre rouge "La Merisière" 2022 :
A la robe grenat, ce Sancerre rouge livre au nez une belle intensité aromatique : cerise noire, épices...
La bouche est structurée, riche, avec des tanins fondus qui la soutiennent parfaitement. On retrouve bien les arômes de fruits noirs jusqu'en finale.
Accords :
Servir avec des charcuteries, viandes rouges ou grillées, fromages...
Service :
Température de service : 16-18°C.
Consommer dans les 2 à 5 années.
