The Cuvée Séduction is vinified for one year on the lees: the lees are the deposit which forms at the bottom of the tanks or barrels after fermentation, consisting of dead yeasts, and which by prolonged aging and frequent stirring will give the wine a lot of richness, silkiness and aromatic notes, while preserving the fruity aromas.

Grape variety:

100% Sauvignon blanc grape variety is used.

Environment:

Our wines are certified Terra Vitis (for respect of nature, Man and wines) and Hight Environmental Value (for respect of biodiversity and reduction of inputs).

Winemaking:

- The wine ferments and is matured in barrels (228 liters) and in demi-muids (600 liters) of French oak.

- For 11 months, aging on fine lees with very frequent "batonnage" allows the aromas of the wood to blend with the fruitiness of the wines for a lot of richness and elegance.

- Bottled 18 months after the harvest.

Food-wine matches:

The "Cuvée Séduction" goes wonderfully with sauce dishes (even spicy ones), for example: curry fish, poultry with cream sauce, game birds, lamb curry, foie gras, cheeses…

Service:

Serve at around 12-14°C.

Our advice: open the bottle half an hour before serving or pour into a carafe.

Ready to drink upon purchase, it can be stored for 10 years.

Cuvée Séduction 2022

Pale gold color. Its elegant nose with toasty and buttery aromas hints at a richness on the palate. On the palate, the fruity notes of candied orange come through first. The brioche notes then build up the wine's aromatic complexity, while leaving a certain freshness. The finish is long, with a hint of fresh almond.

Cuvée Séduction 2020

"Beautiful light gold color. Elegant nose with woody tones, notes of sweet spices. On the palate, a nice body and the same chiseled and intense aromas. The finish reveals a discreet minerality.
A gastronomic cuvée."
